The Polynesian 352 boasts our signature Polynesian roofline with striking flying gable ends and a lofty 12/12 pitch, giving the interior an expansive feel despite the home’s small footprint. The home also comes with 132 square feet of covered lanai space for comfortable outdoor living. The interior houses one bedroom (with the option of an open studio floor plan or private bedroom), one bathroom, and a convenient storage loft. For those seeking a more compact home aesthetic, take a look at our PUNA 352— the same base model as the Polynesian 352, but with our signature Bali roofline that has a 7/12 pitch, giving the home a cozier feel. (Compare to the Polynesian roofline’s 12/12 pitch.)

Our floor plans are designed to provide inspiring suggestions and to help you get your project started quickly and efficiently. However, it's important to note that the furniture, countertops, islands, and fixtures shown in the plans are not included in the kit cost. These items will need to be supplied by the owner.

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS:

We understand that every project is unique. That's why we offer the flexibility to fully customize any floor plan for this model. Additionally, you can mix and match certain features from different plan options to create the perfect layout for your needs.
