Our architects masterfully design each building to be prefabricated and constructed in a kit-of-parts, allowing them to be shipped worldwide! This approach ensures strict quality control and rigorous engineering for strength and safety before the building is shipped. Prefabrication offers several key additional benefits: our buildings can be assembled quickly, often within 2-3 days for structures up to 1,000 square feet. Also, by having building components pre-prepared, we are able to reduce construction waste and the environmental footprint on the project site.
THE PREFABRICATION PROCESS
Once you've finalized your model and floor plan design, the fabrication process for your building commences! All components, including wall panels, trusses, porch panels, and more, are pre-fabricated at our factory in Vietnam by a skilled team of bamboo artisans. After fabrication, the building is assembled at the factory to ensure a perfect fit and readiness for shipment. This ensures that when your container filled with the building kit arrives at your site, your building is ready to be assembled by our certified bamboo living assemblers.
ON-SITE BUILDING KIT ASSEMBLY
Due to the careful preparation at the factory to ensure all components fit perfectly, the assembly process should be smooth and straightforward. Starting with the wall panels, each component goes up one after another, seamlessly interlocking like building blocks, resulting in an efficient and streamlined construction process. Once the rough assembly is completed, your contractor will proceed with installing trim and completing any finishing work.
