The Polynesian 1632 is our largest Polynesian model. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts a ceiling that spans over 20’ feet to the top of the ridge. The tall ceiling inspired by traditional Hawaiian hales creates an opportunity for this home to have a loft that can be used as an additional bedroom, a play area, a guest room, office space, art space, and much more. Add a dormer to one or both sides of this model to let in tons of natural light into the home! (Dormers will be add-on items.)

We understand that every project is unique. That's why we offer the flexibility to fully customize any floor plan for this model. Additionally, you can mix and match certain features from different plan options to create the perfect layout for your needs.
