This Polynesian 1248 was customized as a two-story home with a garage on the ground floor. Two dormers were added to either side of the loft to create additional living space and increase natural light. Another customization includes a full wrap-around lanai. This project showcases how different types of siding can be used on the exterior and customized to match your aesthetic preferences. In this case, the teal board-and-batten siding on the ground floor works beautifully with the bamboo siding on the second floor.
