The Mission
We build high-end homes, and sustainable sanctuaries. As we scale, we need a high-energy person with exceptional relationship development skills, who can translate curiosity into high-value contracts. You will be the face of the brand—the primary bridge between visionary eco-conscious investors and our world-class bamboo architecture. Your goal is to find new opportunities, nurture partnerships, and rigorously filter leads to ensure our team focuses on projects with the right vision, budget, and timeline.
What You’ll Do
- Generate & Engage: Proactively identify and spark relationships with landowners, developers, and luxury eco-resort and retreat center investors.
- Master the Filter: Use "radical kindness and warm curiosity" to qualify leads. You are the gatekeeper; you protect the team’s bandwidth by identifying who is a fit and who is a "dreamer" with grace.
- The Architect of Growth: Build and refine the systems for lead scoring and long-term client nurturing. You don't just follow the process—you continually improve it.
- Brand Advocacy: Collaborate on outreach strategies to elevate our brand and attract higher-quality opportunities.
- Close the Loop: Drive the technical sales process by efficiently creating proposals and contracts that convert interest into signed builds.
