The Pohoiki is named after a remote surfing spot on the eastern tip of the Big Island, which was covered by lava in 2018. This enchanting bay is still cherished by locals for its powerful turquoise waves, black-sand beaches, sparkling warm ponds, and lush tropical scenery. It’s an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind and spend quality time with friends and family. Our charming new surf cabin embodies the essence of everything that makes Pohoiki a hidden treasure.
The Pohoiki model boasts our signature Polynesian roof design, complete with flying gable ends, two full-height dormers, a rooftop lanai, interior wall panels, and a bamboo loft with railings. You have the option of adding built-in tansu stairs or a ship's ladder with landings for easy access to both levels.
These premium features come standard with our pre-designed layouts, and we've made sure to keep them affordable so that you can enjoy all the perks without breaking the bank.
