Pacific Sanctuary

The Pacific Sanctuary is our largest, most luxurious Pacific model. This home contains a large 530 square foot living/dining room. The back porch connects two of the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms in this home have their own bathrooms. The front of the house is full of glass, which is great for taking in 180 degree views. The steps coming up on either side of the front porch are optional. The home can be designed with glass doors that open up all around the living/dining room area. The kitchen can be designed to include an island. Two of the bedrooms share a large 448 square foot back porch, which can be designed to include an optional outdoor private shower on the back porch.
